It serves as a quick introduction to the subject and would probably help one decide if they wanted to study astrology in more depth.. Expect some dense and intense reading; there is not a wasted word here. Would recommend this book? Maybe not since I had no option BUT to get the book for one of my classes.. He already had two others like it. As with all Mark's work it focuses on execution, I didn't just set it aside as a 'nice' read. Others may like this sort of approach, but I need some buildup for the relationship to ring true. hope future books do not always end in cliffhanger.. I learned something from this book. I think I used it a few times but now it just sit on my bookshelf.. The reader is forced to ask if man continues to be man without access to his deeper emotions. Prost is co-author on detailed text on liquid crystals.
