In a career that spanned nearly eight decades—from the dawn of the comic book to the advent of digital comics—Will Eisner was truly the 'Orson Welles of comics' and the 'father of the Graphic Novel'. He broke new ground in the development of visual narrative and the language of comics and was the creator of The Spirit, John Law, Lady Luck, Mr. Mystic, Uncle Sam, Blackhawk, Sheena and countless others.

Amazon’s system is truly broken. He spends a lot of time talking about what's wrong with their career, but usually only a paragraph or two on how he magically helped them improve and it's usually something trite like "You're playing it too small". Well-written and poised in a way that readers will enjoy reading it. Bean's farm.
This was such an fun read! The author is talented at hiding valuable lessons about sharing, friendship and teamwork in his humorous, enjoyable tales. As usual, his world-building skills are on brilliant display - this may well be Earth, as certain aspects tread the familiar; however, it's so far removed from the Earth we know that it might as well be another planet.
