Great read though, and they even break out and threaten with an ancient torture device - not spoiling the fun here though.
Overall, this was a fun read and great for extending your workouts in more ways than one or simply relaxing at home.. I have almost finished this book, and I have to say I am disappointed, as I read rave reviews about it and was expecting something more dynamic. I also think the yoga and mindfulness practices detailed in the book creates a different kind of bonding for parents and children/caregivers and children. Whether you are just looking for an interesting, copiously illustrated coffee-table book, or are serious about the history of our musing collections I highly recommend this book. I generally don’t spoil books when I review them and I’m not going to start now. In more ways than one, this text complements the texts of Chaikin & Lubensky as well as the one by Witten, and can be used wfor classroom teaching.
