This book is fun to read and straight-forward in it's information on exercise and nutrition. And to put some trust in direct solvers (Gockenbach certainly doesn't). The book gives details on the herb from how to grow it to its many uses. Today, in 2000, I enjoy these recipes regularly (I do add some salt back, and take a cue from Andrew Weil's "Spontaneous Healing" with regard to olive oil) and review this information from time to time to gauge my progress. No special equipment is needed for the workout routines - in place of weights you may use cans, books, rollerblades, anything. Yes, there are other books on programming Mathematica, some of them excellent, but this one seems to have the right balance of subjects and it gives you the insight of an originator of the system. This is such a great book to bring yoga and mindfulness to children.
