About the Editor: Avery Wiener Katz is an economist and a lawyer. He is currently Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center, where he teaches law and economics, contracts, and commercial law. He has written on a variety of topics in both contract law and the economics of litigation, and has also written on commercial guaranties and the methodology of law and economics.
The story is more closely aligned with Graham's King City than with Prophet, but the wild concepts should appeal to fans of the latter. Kudos to the author, and, like other reviewers, I await more from these characters!. It was really not for me. All other intro texts lean too far toward mechanics and hardware at the expense of art and design, or are artsy books that leave the reader hunting for practical application. There were financial compromises but I had the reward of knowing I had a respectable job and was also there to advocate for my children. You would be better served to get a book or paper on the individual topics. And for a very thorough look at how stress affects all human systems, including the brain, I recommend Robert Zapolsky's WHY ZEBRAS DON'T GET ULCERS. I read all 480 pages in one sitting.
